We welcome you in 14 apartments and 5 studios for family holidays, with friends or as couples for a weekend or mid-week, week or month or why not, as part of a professional stopover.
Two studios are especially designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
Furnished to accommodate up to four people, our rentals are spread over 4 floors and are serviced by a lift to the 3rd floor.

Ideally located on the Rochebonne beach (the 3rd most beautiful beach in France during the equinox tides), close to the shops (grocery, bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, laundry, hairdresser .. .), restaurants, bar ... everything can be done on foot from our residence including the visite of Saint-Malo, intra muros.
